Our Leadership

As Founder and President of the Center for Continuous Improvement (CCI), a personal, professional, and business development company head-quartered in Jackson, Mississippi, I specialize in helping people turn potential into sustainable performance, and performance into profit. I have a proven record as a results-focused leader and facilitator, experienced in strategic thinking and business planning, business organizational development, business process improvement, team building, personal and professional development, and pre-hire assessment center design and implementation. My original intent, when I founded CCI almost twenty years ago, was to work with front-line team leaders and supervisors because of the tremendous impact they have on day-to-day operations. But because of the dramatic positive changes those people experienced, demand for my practice has grown to encompass leaders at all levels in group or one-on-one coaching settings in startups, closely held companies, multi-national corporations and everything in between. Execution is everything. You are nothing without a plan, but a plan has no value until it is actualized on a daily basis, whether for you personally, professionally, or for your organization.

I began my career as a third shift aircraft mechanic. In less than thirteen years I was a General Manager with full P&L responsibility for an entire division of a Fortune 10 company. My experience gives me the unique ability to relate to real life issues with people from the back shops to the board room, and allows me to facilitate fundamental positive changes in people and processes in the most diverse and challenging environments.
